Gearbox

Check oil level in the gearbox by removing the side plug in the gearbox case. If the oil level is low, remove the top plug in the gearbox case and ﬁll with EP90 oil until oil ﬂows from the side port of gearbox case. Reinstall plugs and tighten.

NOTE: Do not overﬁll! Cutter should be level when checking oil.

Type of Lubrication: EP90 Oil

Quantity = ﬁll until oil ﬂows from the side port of gearbox case.

Driveline

Disconnect driveline from the tractor and slide apart

Quantity = Clean & coat the inner tube of the driveline with a light ﬁlm of grease and then reassemble
