BELT TENSION 36" DECK:
ENGINE TO MOWER DECK BELT:
Adjust idler shock mount per diagram.
When fitted, the 36" mower deck belt tension is maintained through an adjustable idler and shock mount. To adjust belt tension, tighten hex nut until rubber shock mount is compressed to the dimension shown in the illustration below.
LUBRICATION:
CHASSIS: | Number of grease zerks used: (4) |
LOCATIONS: | (1) each front wheel caster and each front wheel hub |
SERVICE INTERVALS: | Every 50 hours of operation |
RECOMMENDED GREASE: | Name brand wheel bearing or multi |
Lubricate each front wheel to allow even distribution of grease within the wheel, rotate or spin each front wheel after (3) pumps of the grease gun. Repeat process until the appearance of grease is noted completely around each caster axle.
