	Our hoods come in two heights to accommodate any kitchen design.
18” and 12” Heights	σ	48”,42”, 36” and 30” models in Epicure® style
	σ	48”, 36” and 30” models in Millennia® style
	σ	The Epicure® 54" Wall Hood comes in 18” height only.

Dual-inlet Blower	Our dual inlet blower draws air from two large inlet areas for optimum air movement.
(EH and MH Models)	σ	42”, 36”, 30” models, blower is rated at 600 CFM
	σ	54” and 48” are rated at 1200 CFM (uses 2 blowers)
	σ	Dual position outlet (top/rear).
	σ Four speeds give the ultimate in efficiency and flexibility.
Four Speed Fan	σ	Electronic control panel lets your customer adjust the fan speed with the touch
	σ	of a button.
		The blue LED illuminates and indicates fan speed for easy controlling.
	σ This hood does the thinking for your customer!
		Once the ambient temperature reaches 140o the blower will automatically turn
		on to the lowest speed. As the temperature climbs it will increase speed, when it
		reaches 160o it will automatically increase to level 2 speed and when the
Auto-ON Temperature Sensor	σ	temperature rises to 180o, the fan speed will jump to level 4 speed.
		It self-regulates and reduces fan speed as the temperature cools.
	σ	If the fan is manually turned off, the temperature sensor will override this function
		and continue to run until it is cool enough to ensure the protection of the unit’s
		electronics.
	σ Higher cleanability! Higher durability!
New Filter Construction	σ	Our new filter design has a latch release for easier removal. The new anodized
	σ	finish and mesh design makes for easier clean-up and a more durable construction.
		Dishwasher-safe
	With the touch of a button the delay timer turns hood lights and fan off after
Delay Timer	10 minutes. The fan will stay until temperature sensor is reading a temperature
	of 130o or lower. The lights will go out but the fan will keep working until it
	reaches a lower temperature.
Clean Filter Indicator	A red LED will illuminate after 50 hours of accumulated blower ON time. Indicator
	will remain on until manually turned off.
