Usethis button to engageDolby Pro Logic circuitry for use with all Dolby Surround encodedmaterial, including laser discs, videotapes, television broadcasts, and compact discs. The red LEDilluminates whenthe HomeTheater Standard is in the Dolby Pro Logic decoding mode.

This modeis selected automatically if Do/byDigital sourcematerial is encodedfor Pro Logic. If you wish to turn off this mode,press the Pro Logic button.

22 Preamp Button and LED

Usethis button to sendthe signal from the analoginput directly to the volumecontrol, with no digital processing, using the analogstage of the preamp.This avoids possible digital signal degradationand can be usedfor componentswith a high quality signal such as the KPS28c.
