14 Replacing the print cartridge
Removing the old print cartridge
The Toner Low light comes on when the print cartridge is getting low on toner.
Note: On the entry model, the Toner Low light does not come on if the standard 1,500-
page print cartridge is installed.
Removing the print cartridge and shaking it lets you print more pages before replacing it. When it’s
time to replace the cartridge:
1Use the finger tab to pull down the printer cover.
