DRE - 80, DRE - 120 specifications

A.O. Smith has long been a trusted name in the water heating industry, renowned for its commitment to innovation and quality. Among its impressive lineup of products are the DRE-120 and DRE-80 water heaters, both designed to meet the diverse needs of residential and commercial consumers.

The DRE-120 and DRE-80 models are part of A.O. Smith's electric commercial water heater series. These units are particularly popular for their reliability and efficiency, making them ideal for a range of applications, including restaurants, schools, and daycares. The DRE-120, as its name suggests, has a capacity of 120 gallons, while the DRE-80 offers a slightly smaller 80-gallon capacity.

One of the key features of these units is their high recovery rate, which ensures a fast supply of hot water. The DRE-120 has a recovery rate of approximately 140 gallons per hour, while the DRE-80 provides around 120 gallons per hour. This makes both models suitable for establishments with high hot water demands, reducing wait times and enhancing overall user satisfaction.

A.O. Smith incorporates advanced technologies in the design of the DRE series. Each unit is equipped with a powerful heating element that delivers quick heating times, ensuring that users have access to the hot water they need when they need it. The thermostatic control allows for precise temperature settings, giving users the ability to customize their water heating experience.

Energy efficiency is also a hallmark of the DRE-120 and DRE-80. Both models are designed to minimize heat loss, thereby lowering operational costs. The tanks are insulated with a high-quality foam that not only retains heat but also contributes to the overall efficiency of the system.

In terms of durability, the DRE series is built to last. The inner tank is constructed from high-strength steel and features a glass-lined coating that helps to prevent corrosion. This ensures long-lasting performance and reduced maintenance needs.

Additionally, A.O. Smith provides excellent customer support and warranties for the DRE-120 and DRE-80, giving users peace of mind with their investment.

In summary, A.O. Smith's DRE-120 and DRE-80 water heaters are robust, efficient, and designed with the user in mind. With their impressive capacities, rapid recovery rates, and commitment to durability, these models stand out as reliable choices for anyone in need of high-quality hot water solutions.
