SOFT-OFF BY PWR-BTTN:

Pressing the power button for more than 4 seconds forces the system to enter the Soft-Off state when

the system has "hung". The choices are Delay 4 Sec and Instant-Off.

PWRON AFTER PWR-FAIL:

This item allows you to select if you want to power on the system after power failure . The choice: Off

and On

The Award Plug and Play Bios can automatically conf igure all of the booth and Plug and Play-com-

patible devices. However, this capability mea ns absolutely nothing unless you are usin g a Plug and

Play operating system such as Windows 95. By choos ing "manual", you are allowed to config-

ure the IRQ Resources and DMA Resources.
