2.You will see “Infrared Devices” at the Device Manager. Click and it will show “SigmaTel USB-IrDA Dongle”

3.Right click on “SigmaTel USB-IrDA Dongle” Click on Uninstall.

4.You will see a “Confirm Device Removal” Window then press OK.
