Innovation for Next Generation Ethernet and IP Services

Based on a flexible, IP-centric architecture, the LoopStar 750 uses programmable processors to support new protocols, interfaces and features as they emerge. Incorporating ADC’s suite of management tools, the LoopStar 750 can support diverse topologies, scale quickly and easily as the network evolves, and deliver differentiated services on a per-customer basis.

With this versatile platform, the LoopStar 750 enables service providers to:

Deliver high-speed, business-class Ethernet services (such as Internet access, transparent LAN, storage, VLANs and tag stacking for traffic management, and VPLS).

Support traditional T1 (E1 or J1) circuit-based voice/data/video services over Ethernet/IP with the same no compromise quality and robustness as a circuit delivered in native TDM over SONET/SDH.

Use their installed SONET/SDH or Ethernet networks to support traditional voice and leased- line traffic, while moving toward a data-optimized network that can keep pace with customers’ bandwidth needs.

Transport multiservice traffic efficiently across a single network to reach all customers with the same services and the same service levels.

With the management suite’s full range of performance statistics, fault indication, loopback diagnostics, and differentiated service provisioning and definition, the LoopStar 750 allows service providers to create a secure, reliable network that resolves today’s multiservice challenges while setting the stage for migration to next-generation networking.
