7. Warranty

Adesso’s warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below. Adesso warrants this hardware product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ONE (1) year from the date of original retail purchase.

If you discover a defect, Adesso will, at its option, repair or replace the product at no charge to you, provided you return it during the warranty period with freight charges pre-paid to Adesso. You must contact Adesso for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) prior to returning any product. For each product returned for warranty service, please include your name, shipping address (no P.O. Box), telephone number, copy of the receipt or invoice as proof of purchase and clearly mark the package with your RMA number. For warranty service outside of the United States or Canada, customer must bear the cost of shipping in both directions. Please contact support@adesso.com for instructions.
