Setting detours
You can program CoPilot to make a detour on a part of the
calculated route.
Select Menu > Detour.
From the Detour options, select Avoid Roads.
An itinerary of your journey will appear. Click on the
road you would like to avoid then select Avoid Road.
CoPilot will take a few moments to plan an alternative
to the selected road.
CoPilot will announce any change in distance to the
total trip, and an updated map display of the new route
will be generated.
Tap Accept and CoPilot will begin guiding you along the new route.
If you decide not to use the new route, select Decline. CoPilot will then
return to your original route.
CoPilot will save the details of roads you wish to avoid. To clear the memory,
select Menu > Detour > Clear Avoided Roads.
Optimizing stops
CoPilot has an Optimize Stops function, which will
automatically rearrange the stops within a trip to
create the most effi cient order.
When you have planned a trip with more than
3 stops, tap Optimize.
CoPilot will take a few seconds to reorder your stops
for the most effi cient journey.
Note: Your start point and destination
