The Pla tinum Series ele ctri c conv ecti on oven feat ures solid weld ed const ruct ion, an angle iron fra me, and a non- corrosiv e sta inless ste el exteri or. The oven interior is constru cted of porc ela in enam el with cove d corners , and a hea vy duty, 14 gauge bottom liner. The oven is supp lied with five (5) chro me plat ed wire she lves wit h 2 removab le sid e rack s and 9 shelf position s spaced at 1-5/8" (41mm). It is furnishe d with 5,000 watt heati ng elements and a heav y duty, 1/4 hp, two-sp eed fan motor. Contro l includes a 100°F to 500°F (38° C to 260°C) thermost at and a 60 minute, count -down timer. The control featur es an oven cool-down function, oven- ready indi cator light , and prod uces an audible signal when time has expired. The oven is supplied with 4" (102mm) bull et legs.
