The appliance must be inst alled by a qualified serv ice technician. The oven must be properly grounded in accordance with the Nat ional Elec trical Cod e and applic able loca l codes.

To avoid electrical shock, this appliance MUST be adequately grounded in accordance with local electrical codes or, in the absence of local codes, with the current edition of the National Electrical Code ANSI/NFPA No. 70. In Canada, all electrical connections are to be made in according with CSA C22.1, Canadian Electrical Code Part 1 or local codes.

Plug the unit into a properly grounded recep tac le ONLY, positioning the unit so that the plug is easi ly accessible in case of an emer gency. Arcing will occur when connecting or discon necting the unit unless all controls are in the “OFF” position .

applia nces or metal parts in close vicin ity, an equ aliz ation -bondin g stu d is provide d. An equ aliz ation bonding lead must be con nected to this stud and the other appliances / metal parts to provide suffici ent protect ion against potential diff erence.
