The displa y case is constructed of 18 gauge,			non-magn etic sta inle ss steel. A curv ed, tem pered glass front encloses the
disp lay case and can be lifted to a 90 degree			ang le for easy cle anin g. Removable, slidin g gla ss doors on the operator side
are included. Slidin g doo r trac ks have a “clean				sweep” cutout allo wing for eas y clean ing and crumb remova l. Framed
end clea r gla ss with rubbe r gasket mat erial prote cts glass edges from chip pin g and break age. The base is divided into
two (2) indiv idually		manage d heat zones with each zon e control led by a sepa rate the rmost at with a range of 1 throu gh 10
and heat- on indicator		light . Overhead lights are cont rolled by ON/OFF switc hes in two (2) light
zones. Two (2) 125V plug out lets are available as an option on 120/ 208- 240 V units only.
