The display case is cons tru cted of 18 gauge, non- magnet ic sta inles s steel.			A curved, tempered glass front encloses the
dis play case and can be lif ted to a 90 degree angle for eas y clea nin g. Rem ovable, sli ding glass doo rs on the operator
side are inc lud ed. Slidi ng door trac ks have a “cle an sweep” cuto ut allowi ng for easy cle anin g and crumb remov al.
Fra med end clear glass with rubber gasket		materi al protec ts glas s edg es from chippin g and break age. The base is
divide d into two (2) individ uall y managed		hea t zone s with each zone controlle d by a separ ate thermostat with a range
of 1 through 10 and heat-on ind icator light.		Overhead light s are controlled by ON/ OFF switc hes in two (2) light
zon es. Two (2) 125V plug out lets are available as an opti on on 120/208-2 40V units only. Counter -top display cases
includ e one set of 6" (152m m) legs.
