Setting the subnet mask
The Set Subnet command sets the subnet mask for the network the PT40 will be attached to.
To set the subnet mask:
At the AmpMeter PDU: prompt, type set subnet, followed by the subnet mask and press Enter.
Example
The following command sets the subnet mask to 255.0.0.0
AmpMeter PDU: set subnet 255.0.0.0<Enter>
Setting the gateway
The Set Gateway command sets the IP address of the default gateway the AmpMeter PDU uses to access
external networks.
To set the gateway IP address:
At the AmpMeter PDU: prompt, type set gateway, followed by the gateway IP address and press Enter.
Example
The following command set the gateway IP address to 12.34.56.1:
AmpMeter PDU: set gateway 12.34.56.1<Enter>
Displaying network configuration information
The Show Network command displays TCP/IP, Telnet, SSH, Web, SSL and SNMP configuration information.
IP address, subnet mask and gateway
Enabled-disabled status of Telnet, SSH, HTTP,SSL and SNMP support
Telnet, SSH, and HTTP port numbers
HTTP authentication method and SSL access setting
Network status

To display network configuration information:
At the AmpMeter PDU: prompt, type show network and press Enter.
Example
The following command displays the network configuration information:
