Amtrol 50 LBC, 85 LBC, 35 LBC, 100 LBC warranty Extrol LBC Series

35 LBC, 85 LBC, 100 LBC, 50 LBC specifications

Amtrol is renowned for its innovative line of pressure tanks designed for water systems, and among its latest offerings are the 100 LBC, 85 LBC, 50 LBC, and 35 LBC models. These tanks are specifically engineered to enhance the efficiency and reliability of water supply systems, making them ideal for both residential and light commercial applications.

One of the key features of the Amtrol LBC series is their unique construction. Each tank is crafted with a robust steel shell, providing durability and resistance to corrosion. The inner lining is coated with a special polymer that ensures cleanliness and prevents rust, thereby extending the lifespan of the tank. The tanks are also equipped with an air/water separation feature that helps maintain the proper air cushion, which is crucial for optimal performance.

Technologically, the LBC tanks utilize Amtrol’s innovative "Hydropneumatic" design. This technology allows for a consistent water supply by maintaining pressure using an air bladder. This bladder minimizes wear and tear on the pump by reducing cycling, which enhances energy efficiency and prolongs the life of the pump. With capacities ranging from 35 to 100 gallons, users can choose the specific size that meets their demand, ensuring that they optimize their water system's performance.

Another characteristic that sets the Amtrol LBC series apart is their compatibility with various water systems, from individual households to agricultural setups. They are designed to handle well water systems, irrigation systems, and even certain types of municipal water supplies. The tanks come pre-charged at the factory, which simplifies installation and reduces setup time for users.

The performance of the Amtrol tanks is also remarkable. They are designed to withstand high pressures and come equipped with inlet and outlet fittings that accommodate standard pipe sizes. Moreover, these tanks have been tested for structural integrity, ensuring that they can withstand extreme conditions without compromising performance.

Overall, the Amtrol 100 LBC, 85 LBC, 50 LBC, and 35 LBC pressure tanks offer a blend of durability, efficiency, and advanced technology, making them a smart choice for anyone looking to improve their water management systems. With their robust construction and innovative design, these tanks ensure a reliable water supply while maximizing energy efficiency, thus providing long-term value to users.
