Trouble Shooting

1No massage function with batteries inserted onto the battery compart- ment. No LED turns on even the “power” key of the controller is being pressed.

●Possible causes:

•The battery is exhausted.

•The batteries are inserted with wrong polarity.

•The Main Power Switch inside the battery compartment is at OFF position.

●Solution/s:

•Replace the Battery.

•Double check with the battery’s polarity according to the engraved marking.

•Slide the Main Power Switch to ON position according to the engraved marking.

2The massage strength is too weak. LED grow dim on the Controller.

●Possible causes:

•The battery is almost exhausted.

•The batteries are inserted with wrong polarity.

•The massaging magnitude was set to “Low”

●Solution/s:

•Replace the Battery.

•Double check with the battery’s polarity according to the engraved marking.

•Press the “Strength” key to select High massaging magnitude. Corresponding LED will turn on for indication.

3No or only one audio channel was found playing. Volume is small.

●Possible causes:

•The earphone plug is not completely plug-into the music player.

•The volume of the music player was set too low.

●Solution/s:

•Securely and completely plug the earphone plug to the music player.

•Adjust the volume of the music player to higer level.

4The Inflatable body leaks during use.

●Possible causes:

•The air-tip cap and / or the air-tip ring of the inflatable air chamber is not screwed up tight.

•The inflatable body was damaged with holes or cracks.

●Solution/s:

•Make sure air-tip cap and / or the air-tip ring is screwed tightly and air seal.

•Consult the dealer for providing servicing to mend the leaking part.

Maintenance

1Beware of the water depth when operating Sit N Joy. In shallow water, the Inflatable body may collide with the seabed and caused damage.

2Always use fresh water to rinse the Sit N Joy thoroughly after use (with Battery compartment cover & Storage box cover securely locked).

3Sit N Joy should store in a dry cool place without any corrosive / flammable solvents or sharp object nearby.

4Always remove the dry batteries from the Battery compartment after use or during storage.

5Sit N Joy is not supposed to store in outdoor. Store it in dry cool place and avoid strong sun-light.

6Do not carry the product by pulling the Arm-rest. Grip the whole inflatable body for carrying.

7DO NOT use any rechargeable battery for Sit N Joy. Dry batteries are not rechargeable.

8Never operate the Sit N Joy nearby coral reef or rocky seabed; the inflatable body may punctured by the sharp edges.

9Flush the whole product (especially the audio cable) with fresh water after using on salt water. Before storage, ensure the product is completely dry.
