Checking the drive in the System Properties

To make sure the CRW-5224A-U external drive is recognized by the computer, follow these steps to check the computer system properties.

1.Right-click My Computer icon on your desktop.2.On the pop-up menu, click Properties.3.Click the Device Manager tab on the system properties dialogue box.4.Click on CD-ROM from the list.
