3.4 Checking the drive in the system

To make sure your computer recognizes the drive, follow these steps to check the computer.

For Windows® OS:

1.Right-click My Computer icon on your desktop.

2.On the pop-up menu, click Properties.

3.Click the Hardware tab on the system properties window.

4.Click Device Manager.

5.Double-click on CD-ROMfrom the list.
