KVM Port Section

If you are combining the CE770 with a KVM switch, the

 

 

USB KVM cable that links to the respective ports on

 

 

the Console section of the switch plugs into these

 

 

ports.

RS-232 Serial Port

This RS-232 serial port is for connecting to a serial

 

 

terminal for configuration.

Operating Mode

This pushbutton toggles between the Operating

Modes available from the Local Console:

 

 

Š Local – only the Local Console can control the

 

 

system(s).

 

 

Š Auto – both the Local and Remote Consoles can

 

 

control the system.

 

 

Note: The default operating mode is Auto. See

LEDs

The CE770L has two LEDs to indicate the operating

 

 

status of the Local (CE770L) and Remote (CE770RQ)
