The products of the Atlantis Land line have a 3 year warranty ex laboratory. Atlantis Land will immediately substitute the faulty product with a new one for the end user. A fault is to be considered every kind of malfunctioning including atmospheric events with the exclusion of obvious wilful damage. Products returned to Atlantis Land must be pre-authorized by Atlantis Land who will then substitute them. Instructions regarding substitution can be found on the form attached to the Atlantis Land product which must be filled in by the retailer at the time of purchase of the product. If you do not have the form it can be obtained from our website.
