CHANGING FRONT LENS/DOUBLER
Increasing and decreasing magnification.
The Patriot can have several different magnifications. This is achieved by using different combi- nations of lenses and eyepieces. The table below shows what magnifications can be achieved.
To change eyepiece unscrew connector ring and remove eyepiece, screw new eyepiece on.
To remove the front lens unscrew the lens by turning the base of the front lens, screw new front lens on.
To add doubler insert Doubler between front lens and body of the Patriot.
