Battery Care

If rechargeable batteries are used, such as Nickel Metal Hydride (NiMH), use only the supplied Audiovox-approved rechargeable batteries. Use of the Audiovox charger (also supplied) with other brands of batteries is not recommended, as battery charging times will vary with different brands. Refer to the Manufacturer’s instructions for charging other brands of batteries.

Battery Disposal

In general, if handled improperly, batteries pose a risk of fire or burns. Do not disassemble, crush, puncture, short external contacts, or dispose of the batteries in fire or water. Dispose of the batteries in a environmentally safe manner and recycle whenever possible.
