DOOR UNIT

Your system may have a door unit equipped with an inter- com and electric door latch. When a visitor presses the doorbell, up to four system extensions ring.

When the door bell rings

If your telephone is ringing:

•Press [SPKR] or lift the handset. If another extension is ringing:

•Dial the PAGE zone access code associated with the door unit,

or

Press the flashing [DOOR] button, if defined. You can now speak with the person at the door.

Opening the electric door latch

While connected to the door unit:

•Press [*].

The door latch opens.
