OPERATING YOUR WINE CHILLER

It is recommended you install the Wine Chiller in a place where the ambient temperature is between 23º-26ºC/ 72º-78ºF. If the ambient temperature is above or below recommended temperatures, the performance of the unit may be affected. For example, placing your unit in extreme cold or hot conditions may cause interior temperatures to fluctuate. The range of 5º-18ºC/40º-65ºF may not be reached.

Recommended Temperatures for Chilling Wine.

	Red Wines	15º - 18º C	58 – 65º F
	Dry/White Wines	9º - 14º C	48 – 57º F
	Rose Wines	10º - 11º C	49 – 51º F
	Sparkling Wines	5º - 9º C	40 – 47º F

CONTROL PANEL

You can select temperature display setting from Fahrenheit to Celsius degree by pushing the button. (Fahrenheit or Celsius indicator will appear in green color) The degrees will appear in blue color in the temperature display window.

CONTROL PANEL LOCK

•Your Wine chiller is equipped with an automatic Control panel lock function. This function will prevent any unwanted changes to your temperature or power settings.

•The lock function will activate automatically 12 seconds after the last time a button is pushed on the control panel.

•	To unlock the control panel lock press and hold the (UP)	and the (DOWN)		buttons
	simultaneously for 3 seconds the control panel will beep and blink once indicating that the control
	panel is active and the settings can be changed.
SETTING THE TEMPERATURE CONTROL
	You can set the temperature by pushing the UP or	buttons on the control panel. The
	temperature that you desire to set will increase 1ºF or 1ºC if you push the UP button once, on the
	contrary the temperature will decrease 1ºF or 1ºC if you push the		button once.

When you store mostly red wines, the temperature which you control by pushing the above two buttons need to be set at between 15º - 18ºC (58º - 64ºF).

When you store mostly white wines, the temperature needs to be set at between 8º - 14ºC (46º - 57ºF).

When you store mostly sparkling wines, the temperature needs to be set at between 8º - 9ºC (46º - 47ºF).

NOTE:

•When you use the wine chiller for the first time or restart the wine chiller after having been shut off for a long time, there could be a few degrees variance between the temperature you select and the one indicated on the LED readout. This is normal and it is due to the length of the activation time. Once the wine chiller is running for a few hours everything will be back to normal.
