Add Entity Links
A SIP trunk between Session Manager and a telephony syste m is described by an
Entity link. Two Entity Links were created: one between S ession Manager and
Communication Manger; the other between Session Manager an d the XMediusFAX
fax server.
Navigate to RoutingEntity Links, and click the New butto n (not shown) to add a
new Entity Link. The screen below shows the configuration detai ls for the Entity Link
connecting Session Manager to Communication Manager.
 Name: a descriptive name
 SIP Entity 1: select the Session Manager SIP Entity.
 Port: 5061. This is the port number to which the other system sends SIP
requests.
 SIP Entity 2: select the Communication Manager SIP Entit y.
 Port: 5061. This is the port number on which the other system receives S IP
requests.
 Trusted: check this box
 Protocol: select TLS as the transport protocol.

Click Commit to save the configuration.
