streamoftherecordedsequenceofPan/Tilt/Zoommovements,includingtheirvariablespeedsandlengths.

1.GotoPTZ>GuardTourandclickAdd.

2.SelectCreatearecordtourandclickOK.

3.Enteradescriptivename.

4.Specifythepauselengthbetweenruns.

5.ClicktostartrecordingthePan/Tilt/Zoommovements.

6.Whensatised,click.

7.ClickOK.

Note

Onlythenameoftherecordedtourandpausebetweenrunscanbemodied.Startinganewrecordingwilloverwritethe

existingguardtour.

TherecordedtourcanbeactivatedfromtheLiveViewandGuardTourpagesorthroughevents.Formoreinformationseethe

PanelShortcutCommandButtonscanbeconguredtoprovidedirectaccesstocommandsissuedviatheVAPIX®Application

ProgrammingInterface.ThebuttonswillbedisplayedinthePTZcontrolpanel,whichisavailableintheLiveViewpagethrough

theCtrlpanelbutton,seepage10.

ControlQueue

TheadministratorcansetupaqueueforPTZcontrollersfromPTZ>ControlQueue.Oncesetup,thePTZControlQueuebuttons

appearintheLiveViewpageofferingoneviewerexclusivecontrolforalimitedperiodoftime.Otheruserswillbeplacedinqueue.

Auserwhobelongstoagroup(seeUsersonpage40)withahigherPTZprioritycangobeforeotherusersinthequeueandtake

controloftheproduct.Theorderofpriorityisasfollows:

1.Administrator—AnadministratortakesoverPTZcontrolregardlessofwhoisrstinqueue.Theadministratorwillbe

removedfromthequeue60secondsafterthelastPTZcontrolcommand.

2.Event—TheAxisproductcanbeconguredtogotoapresetpositionwhentriggeredbyanalarm(seeEventsonpage33).

Theeventwillimmediatelybeplacedrstinthequeueexceptwhenanadministratorisincontrol.

3.Operator—Sameasadministratorbutwithlowerpriority

4.Viewer—Multipleviewersmustwaitfortheirturn.Theviewerhas60secondsPTZcontrolbeforecontrolispassed

ontothenextviewerinqueue.

•TheadministratorcanenableanddisablePTZcontrolsforselectedusers.

•Toidentifydifferentusersintheviewergroup,cookiesmustbeenabledontheclient.
