The parameter list

This appendix contains an overview of the NPS 530/532 parameters and how to edit them. Please refer to the NPS Print Server Technical Reference for a complete description of the parameters.

The current parameter settings are stored in the NPS 530/532 config file. Editing parameter values involve three steps: Up-load the config file to your system, edit the parameter values, and down-load the modified file to the NPS 530/532. There are a number of methods for doing this depending on the environment you work in.

The disk supplied with the NPS 530/532 contains AXCFG, a menu- driven configuration utility that performs the tasks mentioned above. Follow the instructions given in the read.me file to install and use
