Troubleshooting, Support, and Warranty

A printer I plugged into the USB port is not showing up on my computer..

1..Is the light on over the USB port that the printer is plugged into? If not, try unplugging and re-plugging the printer.. Please check that the USB connector is firmly plugged into the Router..

2..To print to a printer attached to the Router, your computer must have that printer’s driver installed.. Please check that the driver is installed..

3..The printer may not be set to auto-connect.. Via the Belkin Router Manager, open the USB Print and Storage Center.. Check that the printer appears in the list of available devices.. View the properties of the printer, and check that “auto-connect” is selected..
