Creating a Simple Network
Connecting two computers:

Connecting two computers simply requires each computer to
have a Network Adapter, such as the Belkin 10/100 Ethernet Adapter, the Belkin Notebook Network CardBus Card for notebook computers, or the Belkin Desktop Network PCI Card for desktop computers.
Simply connect the two Network Cards using a crossover Ethernet patch cable, such as Belkin part number:
