The following Bendix® AD-4®air dryers and kits become obsolete in September 2011.

As a result of this obsolescence, the cores for the AD-4 air dryer, cartridge, and end cover will only be accepted for credit, through April 30, 2012 (must be shipped by April 15th, 2012). Credit will be given to those customers who have current outstanding AD-4 core obligations for the following core items:

For customers with AD-4 core return eligibility, (cores that are owed to Bendix) only those cores that are eligible will be accepted. Customers who do not currently have AD-4 core return eligibility can not return AD-4 cores for credit under the standard core program.

After April 30, AD-4 air dryer cores will only be accepted under the Bendix® Air Dryer Upgrade Program. Per the specifications of this program (reference BW2434), all cores returned must have the orange changeover tag (BW1829) attached to receive core credit. Note that this program only covers air dryer assemblies and does not include the cartridge or end cover.
