Making calls in the speakerphone mode
1.Press the CALL button [4].
2.Press the button [3].
3.When the dial tone is heard, dial a number.
To hang up, press the CALL button [4] once again or simply place the handset [1] on the base unit [12].
Redialing
Your phone stores in its memory 10 last dialed numbers (no more than 25 digits each). You can select any one of them to be redialed.
1.Press the button [5]. The LCD [2] will show the last dialed number.
2.Using the [5] or [6] buttons, select the number you need.
3.Press OK button [7]. If there is an entry with this number in the phone book, the LCD [2] will display the name for that entry and if this is not a case, the LCD will show only the number.
4.If the number you need is not in the last dialed numbers list, press the CANCEL [9] to exit this menu item.
5.To dial the selected number, press the CALL button [4] when the number you need is on LCD [2].
6.To hang up, press the CALL button [4] once again or simply place the handset [1] on the base unit [12].
Making your conversation mute
During a call, you can use the mute function so that another party cannot hear you. When using the mute function, you can hear the other party.
1.During conversation, press the MUTE button [8]. LCD [2] will show the corresponding icon.
2.Press the MUTE button [8] once again to resume the normal conversation mode.
FLASH function
The FLASH button [10] may be used to finish the conversation immediately and to start dialing a new number. If the phone is connected to a PBX, you can use this button according to the PBX Operating instructions.
Pause
To insert a pause during dialing (e.g. when dialing a long distance number stored in the phone book), press and hold the button [5] for 3 seconds.
Adjusting the handset speaker or speakerphone
volume during conversation
During conversation, you can use the [5] or [6] buttons to adjust the speaker volume. LCD will show: “EAR VOL n” (where n – volume level, 1 to 5).
