3. Installation

STEP 1: Connect the AC power cord to the PoE+ switch, and the Power LED will light.

STEP 2: Link Port 1 on the PoE+ switch to a network connection via CAT5e/6/7 cable.

STEP 3: Attach the four PoE+ ports on up to four Powered Devices (PDs) to the four PoE+ ports on the PoE+ switch.

Figure 3-1 shows an application diagram.
