Assembly Instructions

For Easiest Assembly:

•To avoid losing any small components or hardware, assemble your product on a hard level surface that does not have cracks or openings.

•Clear an area large enough to layout all components and hardware.

•When applicable, tighten all hardware connections by hand first. Once the step is completed go back fully tighten all hardware.

•Follow all steps in order to properly assemble your product.

Step Attach plastic feet

1Insert 2 plastic feet into left cart frame.

Step Assemble frame

2A. Attach left and right side frames to link beams using 4 sets of large screws (C), large lock washers (L), and large washers (I).

B.Attach wheels to right cart frame using wheel axle and 2 sets of rubber spacers (O), and nuts (D).

C.Snap hub caps onto wheels.

Step Attach front panel and bottom grid

A. Slide front panel into clips on inside of front legs. Fasten with 2 sets of medium

screws (B), large lock washers (L), and large washers (I).

B. Place bottom shelf onto link beams.

Step Attach side shelves

4Attach side shelves to cart frame using 6 sets of medium screws (B), large lock washers (L), and large washer (I).L I

Step Attach handle and air vent

5A. Attach handle to lid using 2 sets of heat resistant washers (J), large washers (I), large lock washers (L), large wing nuts (G).

B.Attach air vent to lid using small screw (A), small lock washer (K) and small wing nut (F).

Step Attach hinges and slide

6A. Attach hinges to bowl using 2 sets of medium screws (B), large washers (I), heat

resistant washers (J), large washers (I), large lock washers (L), and large wing nuts (G).

B.Insert slide onto underside of bowl. Turn to lock into position.

C.Secure slide to bowl using medium screw (B), large washer (I), large lock washer (L) and large wing nut (G).
