3Installation
CAUTION!
To prevent humidity problems, the camera must be installed in dry conditions.
1.Select a mounting surface that is strong enough to support the camera and that is far from electric or magnetic fields as well as high temperatures.
2.Connect the camera to either a 12VDC (recommended for best picture and the most stable camera operation) or 24 VAC regulated power supply (not included).
3.Connect the BNC cable to your video monitor.
4.Face the camera away from the sun or any bright or reflective light. Excess light on the lens may cause smear on the picture and possible damage to the CCD.
5.Tighten the four (4) mounting screws of the bracket.
CAUTION!
To ensure reliable operation in wet or moist conditions, the cable leads should be sealed once connected.
