Cleaning and maintenance
This appliance is suitable for cleaning under an open water tap.
Remove the cutting cage (1) by turning
(b).
After cleaning, leave the cut- ting parts to dry before reas- sembling (c). Apply a drop of light machine oil below the blade twice a year or after cleaning the appliance with water.
