Setting Up the Machine
5If all lines are clear and visib le, press ▲ to
finish the quality check.

If you can see missing short lines, press ▼
and go to 6.
6The LCD asks you if the print quality is OK
for black and color. Press ▲ or ▼ on the
control panel.
After making your selection ▲ (Yes) or ▼
(No) for black and color, the L CD shows:
Press ▲ (Yes), the machine will then start
cleaning the colors.
After cleaning is finished , press
Color Start. The machine starts printing the
PRINT QUALITY CHECK SHEET again
and goes back to step 3.
1Press Menu.
2Press ▲ or ▼ to select 0. Initial Setup.
Press Set.
3Press ▲ or ▼ to select 0. Local Language.
Press Set.
4Press ▲ or ▼ to select your language
(English or French).
Press Set.
5Press Stop/Exit.
