• The screens in this section are from Windows® XP. The screens on y our computer will vary depending on

your operating system.

• If y ou are using Windows® 2000, XP, Windows Vista™ or Windows Server® 2003, yo u can access the

PrintingPreferences dialog box by clicking Printing Preferences... in the General tab of the

PrinterProperties dialog box.

You can also change settings by clicking the illustra tion on the left side of the Basic tab.

aChoose the Paper Size, Multiple Page, Orientation, Copies and Media Type (1).

b(HL-4050CDN / HL-4070CDW only) Choose the Duplex/Booklet setting (2).

cChoose the Color/Mon o setting (3).

dChoose the Paper Source (4).

eClick OK to apply your cho sen settings.

To return to the default settings, click Default, then OK.
