Scan to FTP allows for permitted local or remote users to easily retrieve and download the stored data from an FTP site. All you need to do is prepare your documents for scanning, select your FTP location and scan. It's just that simple.

The Scan to Network Folder function allows you to scan and save electronic documents directly to an internally shared location on your network for ease of access to information - an efficient way of managing or handling large documents.
