Ultra LOW NOX GAS BURNER AND

CONTROL EQUIPMENT *

The Bryan “Compliance +” boiler shall be furnished with a UL listed air assisted Ultra Low NOx – Gas burner suitable for operation with natural gas. Burner shall be complete with integral motor and blower for supplying sufficient combustion air with normal vent conditions.

Burner must be Ultra Low NOx type for reduced emissions service. Burner NOx reduction strategy shall reduce the production of NOx by controlling low excess air operation and reducing flame temperature. Optimum stoichiometry shall be maintained by a fuel metering control with adjustments through the modulating range assuring NOx reduction and high fuel efficiency.

The special metal fiber burners are provided to assure the main flame is combusted properly on the burner head.

The natural gas firing, NOx emissions will not exceed 12 ppm.

All emissions measurements are to be corrected to 3% O2.

Control panel (16” x 20”) includes Honeywell RMT840L Flame Safe Guard with UV scanner

Supply voltage 240-480/3/60 and includes a control circuit air assisted transformer

Natural gas pressure required 20” min/28” max.

The control will have a 5 to 1 turndown.
