cPush the Film Holder on the Film Guide inward to
open it in order (1) and (2) as shown in the figure on the right. With the Film Holder being opened and lifted, remove the film strip frame.
dAlign the Film Guide’s tab with the FILM symbol on the document glass of the scanner.

Calibration Slot
ePlace a slide or slides face down (correctly viewed
from below) in the Film Guide as shown in the figure on the right.
How to put the film strip frame after slide scanning is done
(A) Align the S marks on the film strip frame and the | (A) |
Tmarks on the Film Guide, and then insert each
tab on the top of the film strip frame into the Film Guide.
(B) Push the edges of the Film Holder inward with your (B) fingers to close it firmly.
If the Film Holder does not fit into the Film Guide, press down the whole of it.

Close the document cover.
Start MP Navigator EX.
Follow the step 2 in "Try Scanning" on page 5.
