Troubleshooting
Cannot Print Normally
■When the printer port is set to "ECP", cancel ECP mode and then try printing
again.
Sometimes ECP mode disrupts normal printing.

Open the Printer Properties dialog box.

Click the [Maintenance] tab.

Click [Custom Settings] to open the Custom Setting dialog box.

Clear the [Set printer to ECP mode] check box, and then click [Send].

Turn the printer off and back on again.
