HIGH-VOLUME FAX CAPABILITY

The Color imageRUNNER C3380/C2880 Series devices sup- port the option to add a single- or multi-line Super G3 fax mod- ule to further extend the capabilities of Color Universal Send. Incoming faxes can also be automatically routed to other devices, destinations, or users with the Job Forwarding feature for supe- rior workflow management.

ADVANCED WORKGROUP COLLABORATION

The Color imageRUNNER C3380/C2880 Series models include internal Mail Boxes for document storage and print-on-demand applications. Documents can be combined and printed as a sin- gle job or sent to multiple destinations in a variety of formats. For files that are too large for e-mail or require a large distribu- tion list, the URL Send feature can e-mail a link to notify recipi- ents that they can remotely preview via PC and, if necessary, print from the device.
