Printing a Document in Memory
Before printing a document, make sure you have the correct BJ cartridge installed.

Follow this procedure to print a document stored in memory:
1Press Function.
2Press Memory Reference.
3Use dor uto select PRINT DOCUMENT.
4Press Set.Ex:
5Use dor uto select the transaction Ex:
number (TX/RX NO.) of the document you
want to print.
• The marks before the transaction number
(TX/RX NO.) mean the following:
– (No mark): Black & white document
–A: Colour document
–#: Black & white document being sent or
printed
–&: Colour document being sent or printed
• If you are unsure of the transaction number
(TX/RX NO.), print the DOC. MEMORY LIST.

• Use lor rto display details of the
transaction (destination, for example).
