Printer Driver Functions (Windows)

■When errors occur

The BJ Status Monitor is automatically displayed when an error occurs, e.g. if the printer
runs out of paper or paper jams.
In such cases, take the appropriate action as described in the Printer Status tab.
In Windows Me, Windows 98, click the Guide tab and follow the instructions on screen.
Notes ➤For details on the BJ Status Monitor, select the Help menu and click on the
topic of interest.
➤In Windows XP/Windows 2000, the Guide tab does not appear on the
screen. Follow the instructions displayed on the Printer Status tab to
correct an error.
