Immediately upon r eceiving a fixture, c arefully unpack th e carton, check the c ontents to ensure

that all parts are present, an d ha ve been received in good condit i on. Notify the shipper

immediately and ret ain packing materi al for inspection if any parts appear d amaged from shipping

or the carton itself shows sig ns of mis h an dl ing. Save the carton and all pac ki ng materials. In the

event that a fixtur e must be returned t o the factory, it is i mportant that the f ixture be returned i n the

original factory box and packing.
