LIMITED W ARRANTY USA

a)CHAUVET provides, from the date of purchase, to the original purchas er, a 24-month limited warranty on all DMX produc ts, a 12-month limited warranty on s pecial effect fi xtures and controllers and a 3- month limited warranty on items

with an “NV” prefi x. T his limited warranty covers m anufac turing defects in material and wor kmanship onl y. At the time of service, the owner will need to be abl e to provi de evidence of date and plac e of purchas e and serial number.

b)CHAUVET does not c over damage or failure caused by abuse, misus e, faulty installation, improper maintenanc e, or any repairs not c arried out by CHAUVET.

c)Items which are not cover ed by warranty are those c onsi dered as parts which are prone to failure due to general wear and tear. For example – lamps , fuses, brus hes and belts. Laser diodes c arry a (90day) warranty. F or foggers, see us er manual.

d)There will be no obligations or liability on the part of CHAUVET for c onsequenti al damages arising from the use of the produc t or any i ndirect damages with res pect to l oss of property, r evenue, or c osts for removal, i nstallation, or re- installation.

e)For warranty s ervice the pr oduc t must be reported to CHAUVET to recei ve a unique RA# (returns authorization number) and at that ti me you will be advised of where to send the faulty product.

f)All shipping c harges for returns should be pre-paid. If the requested repairs or ser vice are within the terms of this warranty then the item will be returned to you on completion without any charge. T he unit must be i n its original pac kaging with any original access ories. CHAUVET will not be res ponsible or acc ept any liabilities for any loss or damage to additi onal items which are s ent with returned product.

g)If this product is not cover ed under the terms of this warranty, CHAUVET will advise you of the costs to c arry out any repairs necessar y and the unit will be shi pped to you on rec eipt of payment for the wor k i ncluding the r eturn freight charges.

h)Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for return of your product. Under normal circumstanc es we tr y to ens ure we c arry out warranty repairs within 5 wor king days. We c annot be held res ponsi ble for delays in s hipping.
