The Christie Mirage Series offers the first purpose-built stereoscopic
line of projectors that are the most installed 3D projectors in the
world. The series ranges from 2800 to 17,500 ANSI lumens for active
stereoscopic images from a single projector. Mirage SXGA+ mode ls
and the new HD versions are designe d specifically for use in a variety
of 3D application s for all types of immer sive environments
including
cubes or CAVE system s and curved or flat sc reen powerwalls.
The S+, 3-chip, 3D projec tors provide four bri ghtness options ma king
them the brightest active-stereo DLP® product on the ma rket. The
Christie Mirage HD Series sets a new benchmark in stereographic
projection as the fi rst and only full (1920 x 1080p) H D active stereo
solution – utilized in a s ingle projector or m ulti-projecto r array.
Taking advantage of the p roven 10-bit proces sing that has been us ed in
our 2K resolution pro ducts, the Chris tie Mirage HD Series of p rojectors
continues to exceed exp ectations in ima ge quality and rep roduction.
High bandwidth supports the additional functionality of Picture in
Picture with simu ltaneous multi- source stereo and /or mono viewing
in foreground, backgro und or both windows.
The HD Series enabl es a new level of compatib ility with computer s
and infrastruc tures that display up to a fu ll 120Hz HD active stereo
without requirin g super bandwidth DVI o r Analog infrastru ctures.
