Limited Warranty
Clarity, a division of Plantronics, Inc. ("Clarity") warrants to the original con- sumer purchaser that, except for limita- tions and exclusions set forth below, this product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase ("Warranty Period"). The obli- gation of Clarity under this warranty shall be at Clarity'soption, without charge, of any part or unit that proves to be defective in material or workman- ship during the Warranty Period.
